Delivery and shipping costs

For deliveries to addresses within Germany and Austria, we charge just 4.90 € per order to cover postage and packaging.

There is no additional charge for postage and packaging for orders worth 100 € or more delivered to addresses within Germany and Austria.

Similarly, there is no charge for postage and packaging if you only order a voucher.

For deliveries to addresses within Germany and Italy, it is also possible to pay by collect on delivery:

In Germany: You pay DHL directly in cash upon receipt of the goods. In addition to the shipping costs (section 7), a collect on delivery fee of 5.50 € (3.50 € collect on delivery + 2.00 € delivery fee) is charged. In Italy: You pay Bartolini directly in cash upon receipt of the goods. In addition to the shipping costs (section 7), a collect on delivery fee of 4.00 € is charged.

Please note that payment by collect on delivery is possible only within Germany and Italy!
