How can I become a member of Planet Sports clubsale?
There are several ways to become a member of Planet Sports clubsale:
- You are invited by a friend, either via e-mail, via clubkey/invitation link or via Facebook. In this case you will receive 10 € starting credit, which you can put towards your first order of 75 € or more.
- You can directly register via the homepage.
- If you already have an account for Planet Sports, you can use this data for Planet Sports clubsale as well.
How can I propose a member?
If you would like to give your friends the chance to benefit from huge discounts on top brands and 10 € starting credit for their first order of 75 € or more, you can invite them to join Planet Sports clubsale. To do this, simply go to Invite friends, where you can enter your friends e-mail address. You can also invite your Facebook friends here. The person you have proposed will then receive an invitation from us in your name. Invitations via personal invitation links and clubkeys are another option.
How do I set up a personal invitation link/clubkey?
You can set up a maximum of three invitation links via My account >> Personal invitations. You can then post these invitations in your Facebook profile, blogs etc. The last part is your personal clubkey, which your friends can use for registering on Planet Sports clubsale.
How do I benefit from proposing new members?
You will receive a "Friends&Family"-code via e-mail as soon as your invited friends register for Planet Sport clubsale. With this code you can log in to ONE promotion of your choice from 8.00 p.m. in the evening prior to the official sale start! As soon as a new member whose name you put forward makes their first purchase, you will receive a 10 € shopping voucher. Best of all, you can redeem as many vouchers as you like when ordering! The voucher codes will automatically be shown when you are ordering. You will find an overview of your vouchers in your personal voucher account too. If someone is proposed by a number of members at the same time, Planet Sport clubsale will send out a number of personal invitations with different registration links. However, only one 10 € voucher can be awarded. The member whose invitation was used by the friend to register will receive the voucher when the friend makes their first purpose.
Are there any restrictions regarding the number of member proposals?
You can propose an unlimited number of members. However, it is illegal to propose/register a third party without
their consent.
A friend has made a purchase, but I have not received any voucher code.
Your friend was invited by a number of Planet Sports clubsale members. As a result, a number of invitations with different registration links will have been sent. The Planet Sports clubsale member whose personal invitation was used by the friend to register will receive the voucher when the friend makes their first purchase.
What is Friends&Family access?
Friends&Family access means you can shop from 8.00 p.m. on the evening before the start of a sales promotion.
How do I get Friends&Family access?
As soon as a friend you have invited registers with Planet Sports clubsale, you will receive an e-mail with a
Friends&Family access code which you can use during a promotion of your choice.
How do I use a Friends&Family access code?
You can enter the code from your e-mail via My account >> Friends&Family access and thus enable
Friends&Family access for the next promotion. It is up to you to decide which promotion you use your code for!
I am new to Planet Sports clubsale, what exactly do I have to do?
All current sales promotions are shown on our homepage as well as in the "Highlights" which members receive monthly via e-mail. Simply register for the sales promotions which are of interest to you via our homepage or the links given in the "Highlights" newsletter! In the week prior to the sales promotion for which you have registered, you will receive an e-mail with detailed information about the sales promotion and a selection of articles you can expect to see during the particular promotion. You will not be under any obligations whatsoever as a result of registering for a promotion. Naturally, you can also decide to take part in a promotion spontaneously and register while it is actually taking place.
How can I access a sales promotion?
When a sales promotion starts, you will receive a short reminder with a link "to promotion". Of course you can access our website directly as well.
Here you must log in with your e-mail address and the password you used to register. All sales promotions which are either under way or due to begin shortly are shown on our homepage. If you made a purchase during a promotion, you will receive via e-mail a confirmation with the following information: number of articles, description, order numbers, individual prices, shipping costs, total price, delivery address. As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive a second e-mail which also gives details of the DHL tracking number for your parcel.

If I register for a sales promotion, am I then obliged to make a purchase?
No! You can register for a promotion and simply browse. If there is nothing for you, you are sure to find something suitable during one of the next promotions!
How far in advance is a sales promotion announced?
Each promotion is announced a few weeks in advance. Announcements are sent to you via e-mail and also appear on our homepage.
From what point onwards can I register for a promotion?
You can register for a promotion as soon as it is announced.
In many cases, certain articles are sold out after a short time. Why?
During each promotion, the number of articles available is limited. Given the great demand, they can sell out quickly. In addition, we are unable to reorder at a later date an article which is sold out. This means that the article is then out of stock for the purposes of the promotion. However, customers may cancel their orders during the course of a promotion which means that an article may then go on sale again. If you wish to order an article which was sold out, you should therefore keep checking availability for the entire duration of the promotion.
What products are on offer?
We offer mainly branded fashion, streetwear and boardsports articles as well as shoes and accessories. The articles in question are original branded goods which are delivered new, undamaged and in their original packaging.

I have placed a number of articles in my shopping basket. However, they were no longer in stock when my order was confirmed. Why?
Your order is only completed, i.e. the articles ordered, when you actually submit your order. Given the great demand, articles which you have placed in your shopping basket can only be reserved for 20 minutes. If you do not add any articles to your shopping basket for 20 minutes, the shopping basket will automatically be emptied and you will have to begin your order again. Given the great demand, you may find that your desired article is then already sold out, i.e. we can no longer guarantee availability if you reorder.
When selecting a size, not all sizes are shown. Why is this?
Given that the goods on offer during our sales promotions are strictly limited, you may find that not all the sizes are available as a promotion goes on. Besides sometimes even at the beginning of a sales promotion the goods aren’t available in all different sizes.
What is the correct size for me?
Are you not sure which size you really need? To make sure you order the right size, we have put together a measuring guide as well as sizing tables for clothing and shoes here.
Unfortunately, I missed the sales promotion. Can I still order articles from the promotion?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The promotions are for a limited period only and the articles are only available during the particular promotion.
How does Planet Sports clubsale deliver my order?
Orders to Germany will be delivered by our shipping partner DHL. Orders to abroad will be delivered by our country-specific shipping partners. Here you can find an overview of our shipping partners.
Can I find out whether my order has already been dispatched?
As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive an e-mail message. Now you can check the status of your shipment by visiting our shipping partner's website and entering your personal tracking ID.
You can also find the tracking ID for your parcel under My account >> Orders. Please note for orders to abroad, it can take up to 2 days until you can see the status of your shipment.

How can I change my delivery address?
You can change your delivery address via My account >> Personal data. If your delivery address should only change temporarily, you can change this address during the order process too.
Does the two-year guarantee apply, even though the goods are on offer at specially reduced prices?
The statutory two-year warranty applies to all articles. In the event of a warranty claim, the decision as to whether an article will be replaced or the purchase price refunded will be made on an individual basis. In such cases, please contact us using the contact form. We would be happy to explain the procedure when making a
guarantee claim.

With payment by collect you pay for your goods directly upon delivery. We will charge you a collect on delivery fee of 3.50 € for this directly in the invoice. On top of this, there is a delivery fee of 2 € which is payable to our shipping partner DHL upon delivery. A total charge of 5.50 € is therefore payable for collect on delivery.
Unfortunately a delivery on account or per direct debit is not possible!

Will I be informed when my order is dispatched?
As soon as an article is handed over to DHL, you will be notified via e-mail.
How long do deliveries take?
The delivery time depends on the payment method you have chosen. If you pay by collect on delivery, instant transfer (only for Germany), PayPal or credit card, the following applies:
On working days your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. Otherwise, your goods will be dispatched the next working day. Deliveries by our country-specific shipping partners take approx. 2-3 working
days to addresses within Germany, for orders to addresses abroad the shipping time can take up to 7 working days. If you pay in advance, the times given apply only from the point when we actually receive your payment.
Can I arrange to have my order delivered at a certain time?
Unfortunately, this is logistically not possible. If you are not available to accept your goods when they are delivered, the parcel will be held at your nearest post office branch for
collection. After a certain period, it will automatically be returned to us as "undeliverable". Please note that only registered clients are authorized to pick up the parcel, so don't forget your ID-Card!
Can I have my order delivered to a parcel station?
Yes, you can have your order delivered to a parcel station. To do so, please fill in the relevant box when giving your delivery address.
When tracking my order on www.dhl.de, I have seen that the parcel could not be delivered to me. However, I have not received any notification. What do I do now?
Please contact us using the contact form. We will look into the matter and, if necessary, arrange a repeat delivery.
I have received a wrong or damaged article. What can I do?
If you have received a damaged article or an article you did not order, please send it back to us using the return parcel
sticker and the return note (for further information, see FAQ>Returns). We will endeavour to replace the article where possible. If we cannot replace the article as it is no
longer available, we will of course refund the invoice amount.
I want to return something. What should I do?
You can return all goods to us without having to give any reasons within 21 days.

Although I have registered, I have still not received any e-mails from Planet Sports clubsale. Why?
You may find that certain e-mails are categorised as unwanted (junk e-mails or spam) by your mail provider. You can always open the file in which these spam
mails are saved and change the status of the sender from whom you would like to receive e-mails to "not spam".
I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
In this case, you can request a new password. You will find the link for this on our homepage www.clubsale.com, immediately below the log in.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password at any time via My account.
How can I unsubscribe to the newsletter?
You can unsubscribe to the individual newsletters via My account >> Manage newsletters. Naturally, you can also
resubscribe to the newsletters if you would like to receive them again.
How can I terminate my membership of Planet Sports clubsale?
You can delete your personal data and thus terminate your membership at any time via My account.
How can I redeem a voucher?
All of your vouchers which you have collected through invited friends are automatically shown during the order process. To redeem a voucher, all
you need to do is select it. You will find an overview of your vouchers in your personal voucher account too.
If you have an additional voucher, you can redeem it in the "Verify voucher code" box as you make your way to the checkout, i.e. during the payment and order process.
The value of the voucher will then automatically be deducted from your order total. The final amount will be shown at the end of the procedure.
Can I redeem a number of vouchers at the same time?
You can redeem as many "Invite friends vouchers" as you like per purchase! However, the voucher value must not exceed the value of the goods.
If you have any additional vouchers, your order must not fall short of the minimum purchase value, and you can only redeem one of them in each case.
